creditmortgag.sbs provides an educational platform to help users understand mortgage eligibility factors, credit-score readiness concepts, and credit-monitoring practices. The platform may show educational information, tips, and tools designed to support personal readiness, but it does not itself grant loans or guarantee any outcome.

Any guidance provided through the platform is for informational and educational purposes only and is not financial advice, legal advice, or professional consultation. We do not guarantee mortgage approval, lending decisions, credit-score improvement, or any other specific result.

3. Account information and accuracy

If you create an account or submit information through the service, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information. You are responsible for keeping your information up to date. If you provide incorrect information, results shown by the platform may be inaccurate.

4. Availability; changes; discontinuation

The service may be modified, suspended, or discontinued at any time without prior notice. We may update educational materials and tools to reflect changing information and user feedback.

5. Educational content and limitations

Mortgage eligibility and credit scoring depend on many factors controlled by lenders and credit-related organizations. The platform’s content cannot replicate every lender’s criteria. Use the platform at your own risk.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, creditmortgag.sbs will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of or inability to use the service.

7. Privacy and cookies / terminal identifiers (APPI)

Cookies and similar terminal identifiers may be used and may be treated as personal-related information depending on identifiability. Where communications are structured as distance/mail-order promotional communications for any specified items, provider identity and core terms will be indicated as required by Act on Specified Commercial Transactions, Article 11, and advertising/communications will not be misleading as required by Act on Specified Commercial Transactions, Article 12.

9. Ads / financial-products destination disclosures (Google policy)

If you access the service via advertising that may relate to financial products/services destination experiences, our landing and destination content will be accurate, non-misleading, and complete in accordance with the Google Ads financial products and services disclosures policy.

10. Not a regulated securities/investment solicitation

We structure the platform to provide educational information and do not present it as conducting regulated solicitation or intermediation/advice involving financial instruments. Accordingly, this service is not intended to fall under advertising/supervision controls for regulated financial instruments described under Financial Instruments and Exchange Act, Article 72 of said Cabinet Office Ordinance (advertising etc. context).
